Thank you for your purchase at Crust & Craft Pizzeria. We appreciate your love for our pizzas and Italian cuisine. We also understand that sometimes an order may not be exactly what you expected. Below is our refund policy to ensure your satisfaction with every order.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 10 minutes of placing the order. As we aim to deliver your order hot and fresh, orders that have already been prepared or are out for delivery cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, you may contact us at +44 20 7946 0958.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
In the unlikely event that your order arrives incorrect or damaged, we ask that you contact us within 2 hours of receipt. Please provide us with your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photographs as evidence. If your claim is justified, we will offer a full refund or a replacement order at no additional cost.
Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we stand by the quality and freshness of our pizzas and accompanying items. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery to discuss your concerns.
Refunds
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, typically within 7 to 10 business days.
Please note that if we deem that the order was delivered to you in a satisfactory condition and within our standards, we reserve the right to decline a refund request.
