'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' began with a vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Bianchi household in 1985, our small pizzeria was family-operated, featuring recipes passed down for several generations.

Marco Bianchi, our founder, mastered the craft of pizza creation on her Italian voyages, learning from the expert pizza chefs in Naples—the originating city of pizza. Once back in the UK, her aim was to capture the essence of classic Italian pizza through authentic techniques and supreme ingredients.

Starting as a cozy 12-seat eatery, we may have expanded, but our dedication to excellence and genuine practices remain steadfast. We continue to bake with wood-fueled ovens, prepare our dough from scratch each day, and pursue the best ingredients available.

Currently, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' is still governed by the Bianchi family, with its second generation at the helm of our enthusiastic team. While we've adopted some new methods, our core mission persists: to craft delicious, genuine pizza that unites people.
